    Role Description:

    This opportunity is within a dynamic team of lawyers in London, covering EMEA, Credit, Mortgages, CLOs and Structured finance in EMEA. The role entails active participation in development of the deals and daily interaction with the front office. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen understanding of the CLO market and to develop specialist legal skills. We currently have 1 senior CLO lawyer and one secondee lawyer and we are looking for a third lawyer to complete this team.

    • The successful candidate will be required to review documentation and legal opinions as well as liaise with the front office and other support groups. The successful candidate will also be required to keep abreast of regulatory reform as applies to this area

    • The successful candidate will be required to negotiate documentation with third parties

    What we are looking for:

    • The successful candidate will need to have experience in issuance of CLO notes and warehouses. In addition, knowledge of regulatory issues affecting this area is desirable

    • The successful candidate should be UK qualified with extensive PQE

    • Ideally the successful candidate will have in house experience.

    • This is a fast paced environment and the successful candidate should have the ability to keep a number of projects on the go at any one time
