    Description:

    This role is part of the Global Information Security (GIS) Metrics Operations team that manages Cyber Security Metrics portfolio including Risk Appetite, Board Level, and Quality Assurance metrics. Info Security Controls Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining metrics within GIS and Enterprise metrics platforms. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting metrics governance practices, ensuring compliance with the policies, and identifying process and technology improvements. Info Security Controls Specialist interacts with metric owners, technology partners, and cyber security metrics stakeholders across the enterprise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain cyber security metrics within GIS and Enterprise metrics platforms

    • Ensure metrics portfolio data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness

    • Conduct metrics quality assurance activities and escalate when appropriate

    • Support metrics governance practices and ensure metrics compliance with the bank policies

    • Oversee metric playbooks inventory, coordinate metrics documentation completion, and coordinate quality assurance

    • Address metrics related queries and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3 or more years of previous experience in technology or banking sector

    • Strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail

    • Ownership and accountability for delivering high quality work

    • Ability to prioritize effectively, a self-starter, organized, capable of performing work independently with minimal direction

    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

    Desired Skills:

    • Quality Control/Assurance Testing

    • Data and trend analysis

    • High level of intellectual curiosity

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry and bank policies

    • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

Job expectations include using data analytics and partnering with internal teams to verify policy compliance, identify gaps in coverage, and support remediation activities.
