    Job Description:

    Managed Account Advisors (MAA) is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser that is responsible for the implementation of Investment Strategies across Bank of America Global Wealth Management. The Managed Account Advisors Business Enablement Executive supports business strategy development, management, and operating discipline to help achieve defined business goals. The investment solutions and platforms managed by MAA inherently have a high degree of operating complexity and industry change/evolution which requires constant review, strong operating controls, and established frameworks to manage effectively aligned with client needs. The Business Enablement leader is responsible to facilitate the development of an operating plan and framework, in coordination with the leadership team and senior support partners, including clearly defined metrics, priorities, alignment and connectivity across ISG and GWIM aligned to established goals. The leader must have a deep understanding of business unit products, platforms/programs, services and processes and strong analytical capabilities.

    Areas of Responsibility:

    Strategic Initiatives and Planning

    • Identify and prioritize the addition of enhanced investment capabilities to improve client outcomes and accelerate growth.

    • Create executable business plans to deliver these capabilities.

    • Ensure strong connectivity and alignment with strategic priorities across GWIM, ISG, and client channels including Consumer Investments, MLWM and Private Bank where appropriate.

    • Evaluate marketplace innovation, trends, changes, and potential implications to business (risk, opportunities, and considerations).

    • Partner with MAA/ISG leaders to define technology enhancements responsive to client needs, business opportunities and within our operational risk framework.

    • Partner across GWIM to identify opportunities to further streamline and scale the business to deliver overall operational excellence.

    Operating Discipline

    • Identify / implement opportunities to improve operating model.

    • Work collaboratively across the MAA team and broader ISG, GWIM and Enterprise teams.

    • Ensure a robust risk management framework & culture.

    • Along with the rest of the MAA Leadership team, help to foster an inclusive culture and ensure MAA employee engagement is robust, active, and relevant.

    Role Requirements

    • 15+ years of financial industry experience

    • Demonstrated leadership proficiency in risk mitigation, operating results, and product/platform management.

    • Strategic, logical, and creative thinker with an ability to translate strategy into clear objectives and translate pragmatic tactics that drives results.

    • Ability to lead through collaboration and proficiency to develop frameworks to drive consistent execution and transparency across the broader teams.

    • Experience/knowledge of wealth management organization and business

    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with ability to identify trends, understand cause and effect.

    • Demonstrated industry knowledge. (i.e., clients, competitors, products, etc.)

    • Well-developed business judgment and experience.

    • Series 65, or 66 preferred, but can be obtained within 120 days of hire
