Job Description:
Incumbent at this level is a qualified, Equipment Management and Aircraft Sales & Marketing Support Specialist/Market Research Analyst responsible for assisting the GCAF (Global Corporate Aircraft Finance) Head of Asset Management with all aspects of Equipment Management and Aircraft Dispositions; possess knowledge of the corporate aviation field, expertise/familiarity with FAA requirements, aircraft maintenance programs and lease documentation.
Responsibilities:
The candidate for this position will assist the GCAF Head of Asset Management with the following:
In depth corporate aircraft market research
Monitor and track changes in the market for targeted aircraft makes and models
Provide support for portfolio management of inventory aircraft
Sales support for redeployment of non-earning assets through aircraft sale or re-lease
Aircraft sales transaction management oversight
Coordinate marketing activities with listing agents
Manage the B of A website
Support/monitor aircraft operations functions including storage, insurance, maintenance, inspections, modifications and refurbishment
Expense monitoring, tracking, processing and reporting
Assist in strategies to redeploy assets as the market and composition of the inventory change
Prepare month end reports detailing activity related to the managed assets
Required Qualifications:
5 years Corporate Aircraft Industry experience in any of the following areas: Corporate Aircraft Market Research, Business Aviation/Aircraft Management/Maintenance, Business Aviation/Aircraft Sales, Corporate Aircraft Operations.
Desired Qualifications:
Interest in general aviation/corporate aviation.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
