    The Global Transactional FX, Cross-Border RTP, & Clearing team seeks a driven, highly communicative junior leader to spearhead the development and growth of the U.S. & International variations of the FI FX product suite--both standalone and as a settlement method within the anniclary services and product overlays such as FX Trade and Pay--and to power the refinement and execution of the FI FX Product strategy, in partnership with the Head of FI FX Product and with the Global Clearing team. As a GPS FX Product Associate, candidate will be responsible for partnering with FX Specialized Product Sales, GPS Sales, Client Coverage, eFX Sales, and TFX Trading to grow GPS and TFX revenue aligned to the products managed.

    Job responsibilities:

    • The development and execution of strategies aligned to the management of the Transactional FX product suite

    • Helping to develop the multi-year go-forward strategy across the product suite, in addition to helping to define and execute on the cross-product multi-year investment strategies and approach

    • Helping to drive revenue and notional value growth through the creation of growth strategies, including marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and internal/external product education

    • Representing Bank of America as a firm and GPS as a business at industry conferences and acting as a practitioner during product webinars and lunch & learn sessions

    • Developing analytics by client, country, region and product as well as performing research to understand industry trends

    • Developing and executing product roadmap in partnership with regional Product, Technology and Operations

    • Development of business cases (revenue/cost reduction/market share) to invest in product enhancements/product extensions

    • Working closely with FX Sales and GPS Sales partners to design sales pitches, attend sales calls, and provide detailed product expertise

    • Working with Sales and Product colleagues across regions to promote cross-currency payments capabilities and pursue marquee deals, including coordination with regional product partners in developing, implementing, and promoting required capabilities

    • Playing an active role in the management & maintenance of the risk framework across the FI FX product portfolio
