Job Description:
Group leader within National Trust Services. Responsible to lead respective National Trust Services group to consistently drive trust growth and an outstanding client experience. Partner with respective National Trust Services Executive to drive the trust strategy, comply with all regulatory and fiduciary standards, and act in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for identifying, training, and developing strong talent, establishing and monitoring performance goals, coaching associates, and recognizing and rewarding performance results. Builds strong relationships with peers, team members, internal support areas and other business units.
The National Trust Director is the lead contact to several Plans overseeing $90B+ in trust assets. The position entails managing and overseeing the operations/reporting of the Plans ensuring that it functions in accordance with the Plan document, legal and regulatory requirements. Supports and coordinates related trust activities with internal/external business partners (i.e., human resources, investment partners, recordkeepers, auditors, attorneys, finance, etc.) and assists in completing key tasks and deliverables associated with critical projects. Key responsibilities include supporting improvements to the bank's ability to manage, control and mitigate fiduciary risk while collaborating closely with team members to drive consistency in approach and results. Job expectations include overseeing an employee base of ten employees, implementing the companies' goals/directives, assisting in the administration of trust accounts, having knowledge of standards of management, internal policies and procedures and revenue/expense allocation. Job responsibilities support various employee benefit plans inclusive of defined benefit, defined contribution, non-qualified and VEBAs.

Desired Qualifications:
CEBS Certification a plus

Management or significant Team Lead experience
