This job is responsible for leading a team to develop best practices and set operational standards. Vaulting Services Operational leadership for the banks critical services, including CyberArk and Secrets Vault. This work directly drives adherence to GIS Identity Access Management Policy and supports SIAI 230320-202421 Protection/Rotation for Enterprise Critical Infrastructure Service (ECI) and 230412-202803 Protection/Rotation for Application Service Accounts (PCS).These SIAIs require service accounts to be vaulted in a GIS approved solution.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership in defect, incident, problem, and change review meetings and release activities as applicable, developing reliable and repeatable solutions to technology issues
Manages the stability, resiliency, reliability, and performance of a wide array of supported systems
Provides point of escalation for team members, peers, and partner teams, and shares the leadership Point of Contact for triage of high priority incidents or consulting engagements
Mentors staff, provides technical leadership across the organization, and participates and helps with the resource interview and onboarding processes
Directs appropriate teams to ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes are established appropriately for new projects and initiatives
Performs access reviews, conducts compliance activities, and serves as a delegate for administrative processes
Supports change implementations and proactively identifies potential issues resulting from the changes

Required Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in vaulting technologies and be able to manage a large enterprise foot print
Proficient in vaulting technologies including Secrets Vault, CyberArk and Vaulting Products in AWS and Containerized Technology
Experience with DMZ technologies and managing infrastructure in this configuration
Seasoned Infrastructure Operations Manager
Effective leader who can work across and up and down an organization to meet objectives
Client focused mindset with a goal to always provide a high level of service and maximum uptime
Desired Qualifications:
