    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual contributor to join the Integrated Program Management (IPM) team within Global Information Security's Planning, Controls, and Governance (PCG) organization as a Strategy Development and Governance Lead. This pivotal role focuses on the governance, oversight, and proactive development of our global information security strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the organization and Bank to ensure the strategy remains contemporary, aligns with our evolving threat landscape, and informs our initiative portfolio and organizational priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive global information security strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and the current threat landscape.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that strategic initiatives are informed by our security strategy and aligned with enterprise-wide objectives, including Global Technology strategy.
    • Establish and oversee regular reporting mechanisms and strategic measurements to track the effectiveness of the information security strategy.
    • Analyze and address key issues, risks, and trends impacting the information security landscape and organization to continuously evolve the strategy.
    • Support regulatory, audit, and enterprise-wise strategy initiatives to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
    • Foster strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across all levels of the organization.
    • Communicate the information security strategy clearly and effectively to various audiences, tailoring messages as necessary to ensure understanding and buy-in.
    • Synthesize and contextualize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information to inform strategic decision-making.

    Required Skill:
    • Proven experience in strategy development and planning within information security or a related field.
    • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated success in managing complex projects and initiatives.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess information, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex organizational dynamics.
    • Strong understanding of information security principles and practices.

    Desired Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
