    The Global Card and Intelligent Payables product team is commited to driving digital responsible growth globally.

    This role will support the Global Card and Intelligent Payables team by managing the financial strategy and forecast of the business, driven by understanding the industy dynames of interchange, cost of funds, relationship value, and expense of doing business..

    The individual must be comfortable working with product, sales, finance, network partners and others in a cross matrixed environment and collectively put together the right enablers for driving responsible growth. This individual should be comfortable talking with clients with difficult business topics regarding the value a card and intelligent payables value can bring, and also to sales and product execs to relay financial strategies and why they are being put in place.

    Required Skills:

    The candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 8+ years experience in product management P and L management and development

    • Direct experience working in Commercial Card or Financial Services industry or payments background

    • Experience managing a team

    • Demonstrated experience remediating a highly complex global program/product P and L.

    • Tech development experience, understands Agile and the complexities of managing tech resources and budget

    • Cannot be blind to risk when proposing solutions to drive growth or reduce expense.

    • Must be comfortable with making business decisions using general guidance from Legal, risk and industry partners

    • Adept at designing communications to educate Product, Sales, Operations, and Credit partners

    • Strategic thinker balanced with a tactical execution skillset

    • Strong multi-tasker with ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

    • Ability to work on cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones and foster strong working relationships

    • Flexible and adaptable team player

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities

    • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to effectively work through complex challenges and project roadblocks, responding with the appropriate sense of urgency

    • Self-starter with a desire to succeed, elevating themselves and others they work with to deliver exceptional results

    • A passionate and motivated individual with a growth mindset and customer-focused

    • Ability to work in office 3 days per week

    Desired Skills:

    • Understanding of Bank of America or similar financial institution and financial dynamics

    • Familiarity with P and L components in the card industry
