Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading a team of Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs), Treasury Sales Client Officers, Treasury Sales Associates, and Analysts. Key responsibilities include coordinating and directing treasury management sales activities to include new treasury management capabilities in the team's business, expanding existing business relationships, and servicing clients.
Responsibilities:
Engage with complex Not-For-Profit Healthcare, Private Higher Education and Not-For-Profit companies as their working capital, financial technology and operational advisor.
Articulate and understand the not-for-profit, healthcare and higher education environment with respect to reform and other industry issues.
Be able to engage in strategic conversation with C suite executives and Revenue Cycle teams.
Actively participate and lead speaking engagements associated with key industry organizations - HFMA, NACUBO, etc
Proactively create impactful client/prospect events centered on industry trends (Innovation, Fraud, Patient Satisfaction, System Integration, etc).
Advise clients on P2E and digital strategies involving payments, receipts, liquidity, card solutions, revenue cycle solutions and eCommerce.
Manages the execution of revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, effective client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and presentations
Consults and strategizes across Sales, Client Services and Fulfillment, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance, and Marketing to drive client-based solutions and coordinate complex proposals and client presentations with the Treasury Sales Officer
Drives the Treasury Solutions presentations during a relationship review, as well as risk assessment associated with potential client-based solutions
Provides strategic guidance and influence in annual Client Planning conversations based on core relationships and top-prospective clients
Maintains client relationships and identifies business opportunities through effective interaction with internal business partners and effectively cross selling other products and the bank's global capabilities
Provides unlimited client interactions with on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables, and client events
Promotes team leadership through presenting a strategy for the team, coaching, and leading through example, while encouraging teamwork, communication, and collaboration

Required Qualifications
10+ years of Treasury Management/client facing experience
Intellectually curious and motivated to continuously improve processes
Sales and client relationship experience
Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills
Proven negotiation and active listening skills
Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills
Successfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelines
Strong business/financial acumen
Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the market leadership team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts

Desired Skills:
For-profit, Not-For-Profit, Higher Education or Healthcare banking /Revenue Cycle experience a plus
Prior Treasury Sales experience, 7+ years banking experience in a plus
Prior Card solution experience a plus
Certified Healthcare Financial Professional "CHFP"
MBA and CTP preferred
BS or BA in finance, accounting, management or other undergraduate degree
International Cash Management experience

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$195,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
