Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
- Responsible for all implementation and onboarding of product adoption and expansion of the Bill Spend and Expense platform products with medium sized and large sized business cohorts
- Lead a team of Implementation Consultants via training/coaching, 1:1's, account reviews, and engagement.
- Monitor customer health, product utilization, & trends in customer spend while using data to drive proactive customer engagement
- Join calls/training webinars with your reps around product configuration and best practices for controllers and CFOs of businesses
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Bill's products and services
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices
- Drive adoption of additional Divvy products as they are released
We'd love to chat if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or sales
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
- Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
- Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)
- Ability/desire to consistently hit quota
- A hate of expense reports!!! ;)
- Salesforce experience
- Experience or education in finance/accounting
- SaaS experience
