The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing these event experiences, collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to produce engaging and informative programs . The ideal candidate should excel in coordinating complex event logistics , maintaining high standards of precision and timeliness , communicating with clarity, and delivering successful outcomes that align with our organizational objectives .
What you'll be doing
Coordinat ing operation al activities for the company's largest virtual events , including event flow and format, content and speaker management, partner and sponsorship management, virtual production and broadcast, and internal staffin g .
Plan ning and execut ing logistics for in-person developer roadshows, covering locations and speaker arrangements , catering, audio/visual requirements , and registration management.
Utiliz ing project management software to oversee tasks before , during, and after event s .
Demonstrat ing empathy and a strong commitment to the developer community and our engaged customer base , crafting tailored experiences for these audience s.
Collaborat ing closely with Product Innovation, Demand Generation , and Product/Content Marketing teams to develop cohesive and comprehensive event strateg ies .
Assist ing with communications strateg ies as directed by demand generation , p roduct marketing , and marketing operations teams .
Collect ing and analyz ing event feedback through surveys to evaluate team effectiveness and recommend process enhance ments.
Propos ing event planning efficiencies to reduce organization al costs .
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
What we'll want you to have:
3+ years of experience organizing and seamlessly executing digital and live experiences, ideally in B2B or SaaS org.
Creativity, curiosity, and ambition to enhance event experiences and foster customer interaction.
Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented, with proactive planning.
Strong written communication skills.
Knowledge of event operation s and prioritiz ation of deliverables.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines.
Active knowledge of current best practices and trends in today's fast-changing event market.
E xperience managing initiatives and deliverables for multiple stakeholders simultaneously .

The starting base pay is $48,600.00 to $62,100.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
