Senior Campaign Specialist, CRM & Microsites - JustGiving

KPI's of our Charity Partners.

• Continuously review and adapt our internal processes to ensure the team is working efficiently and accurately.

• Develop clear commercial recommendations and strategies to bring new features and packages to market.

What we need you to bring

• 5+ years' experience in a CRM role

• Experience designing customer centric email programs, with the ability to develop strategies to drive business KPI's

• Experience using enterprise marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

• Experience of HTML & CSS

• Experience of working in an agency environment is highly desirable
