Key responsibilities include:
Identify and maintain master entities and standard master data
Define rules for configuration of new fund and asset records
Develop and maintain tools for master data identification and duplication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to address business requirements
Perform checks and identify corrections needed in master data and data delivery process
Participate in onboarding by identifying entities, and work with different teams to build and onboard new entities
Support system integrations and migrations, to ensure seamless data transitions
Work with different internal teams and provide support, analysis and reporting to ensure clear and accurate private market data universe
Experience Required
Bachelor or Master's degree (preferably in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or related Financial background)
Advanced user of MS Office (especially advanced Excel functions, e.g. V-lookups, Macros)
Familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or other tools for data manipulation and analysis is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
1-5 years related experience in financial services or data management.
