Role Description
Aladdin COO is seeking an Associate to play a key role in executing upon our technology business strategy, as well as key operational initiatives, working closely with the Aladdin Client Business and BlackRock partner teams.
Key responsibilities for the role:
Redefine Aladdin access controls and authentication strategy, working with stakeholders across the business to manage access for our employees and clients
Build connections with stakeholders across Aladdin pillars and the asset manager to facilitate seamless collaboration
Drive tangible change to the Aladdin risk landscape by leading audit and RCI projects.
Work directly with Aladdin Engineering technology and risk oversight teams to execute strategic technology initiatives to strengthen the Aladdin platform
Refine and optimize the Aladdin technology risk framework to scale as the Aladdin Community expands - work closely with key client partners
Lead all aspects of key Aladdin related technology exercises to ensure accurate execution and key client communications
You have:
Proven experience working with technology risk, audit, or related fields
Understanding of technology risk management, as it relates to technology vendor solutions and software
Strong organization and planning skills, with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management, analytical and social skills
Aptitude to influence partners and decision makers to drive project progress - both at BlackRock and in the Aladdin client community
Strong communication and presentation skills
Superior people skills, including ability to work with people at all levels
Boundless creativity and the desire to constantly learn
