    Position summary

    ize corporate access across the C-suite and divisional management for BlackRock investment teams.

    • Develop ongoing knowledge of the diverse investment strategies and philosophies employed by BlackRock's equity and fixed incomes.

    • Work with sell-side brokers to enhance the corporate access offerings.

    • Provide regular distribution of reports on corporate access activities for internal consumption, with a high level of data integrity.

    • Support the execution of the team's growth strategy in collaboration of internal business partners.

    • Contribute to BlackRock's fiduciary culture of providing the highest quality service to our clients.

    • The role is based in Hong Kong but will require strong co-ordination with the two other regional Corporate Solutions teams in New York and London.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial services, ideally with prior exposure to Corporate Access, Corporate Investor Relations, or Equity/Credit Research. Experience in Emerging Markets is a plus.

    • Fluent English a prerequisite; fluency in additional Asian languages is an advantage.

    • Experience in assisting the development of business pitchbooks and/or leveraging external terminal to generate data analysis is a plus.

    • High degree of operational efficiency, ability to prioritize and multi-task with close attention to detail.

    • A collaborative team player with strong written and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-starter with ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Proficiencies in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
