    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, manage and strengthen relationship with distributors in Hong Kong with a primary focus on the private banks. This includes developing and executing business plan with well defined targets, identifying business opportunities for strategic growth, and forming strategic alliances with key internal and external stakeholders grow assets.

    • Strengthen and deepen relationships for accounts acting as primary relationship manager, maximize and grow sales across our platform of products and solutions, including mutual funds, alternative products, ETFs and bespoke solutions. Be the point of contact for client inquires. Be the face of the firm, able to speak holistically across the value of the firm and full spectrum of the firm's offerings.

    • Collaborate closely with senior relationship managers on all aspects of sales and client servicing activities, including participating in roadshows, preparing presentation materials, meeting notes, client reports, competitive analysis, RFPs for key client accounts.

    • Partner with key stakeholders including Global Product Solutions, Product Specialists, and Marketing to drive marketing campaigns and business outcomes.

    • Assist in business planning for the HK wealth team, conducting research on new business initiatives, new prospects and new products.

    • Assist in sales support activities, internal projects and events as needed.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of client facing experience in the Asset and Wealth management industry, with proven track record as a sales, relationship manager, investor relations or product specialist.

    • Strong product knowledge of mutual funds, alternative investments, strong business acumen and market knowledge.

    • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
