works. Global Investment Operations (GIO), a sub-function, is responsible for the development of the firm's operating infrastructure to support BlackRock's investment businesses worldwide. Professionals hired into this role become familiar with all operational flows and processes, including architecting solutions and being great partners with portfolio managers and traders, our end clients, brokers, custodian banks, fund accountants, administrators and more.
The Client Order Management (COM) Team is positioned within Global Investment Operations (GIO). The function serves as a central point of contact for our global clients and internal teams who instruct investment changes.
Role Responsibility
This Singapore-based role requires fluency in both written and spoken Japanese and English to support APAC portfolios, including Japan. You will coordinate and facilitate client trade instructions into and out of pooled funds, while ensuring all order placements are timely, accurate, and aligned with client directives. You will also provide client support for BlackRock's web-based trading portals, maintaining consistency and precision in execution.
Implementing changes to advance the Aladdin platform is key. You will be empowered to inspire change through involvement in testing processing and technology improvements to optimize the operational platform.
Actively forging collaborative relationships with BlackRock's strategic partners and clients will also be essential for your success.
What You Will Do

What You Will Need
2 - 4 years of experience in an asset manager or banking role.
Fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organize and multi-task to prioritize and implement deliverables.
Balance strong attention to detail with sound judgment for quality decision-making.
