    Position summary

    nly responsible for channel relationship management, sales strategy formulation, team management and internal partnership build-up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Channel Relationship Management: based on the company objectives, come up with channel strategy and build a strong relationship with channel/s.

    • Sales Strategy Development: develop sales strategy and formulate the clear plan for the fulfillment of sales target.

    • Team Management: manage and develop team members to make sure they have enough support and guidance to play the role in daily work as well as promote a culture that everyone works together to achieve team objectives.

    • Internal Partnership Build-up: build strong partnership with internal teams to keep alignment and be able to leverage different stakeholders to drive key initiatives as needed.

    • Keep updated with industry practice and provide insights to manager to capture business opportunities.

    • Comply with regulatory requirements and WMC values/behaviors.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor and above degree, and at least 10-year sales experience in a financial institution, preferably accumulating experience from a local WMS or a local bank.

    • Solid sales team management experience in building team, managing performance and motivating employees, etc.

    • Strong channel management experience and capabilities.

    • Self-motived and be able to lead team for success under complex and challenging environment.

    • Strong inter-personal skills and be able to build trust/long-term partnership with different stakeholders.
