    The Role

    The C&E Mobile team is looking for a Product Manager, who:

    • Has experience in product-led software development, responsible for defining the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market and lead the product team to success

    • Is comfortable to be deeply involved in all aspects of the product lifecycle, with a willingness to wear multiple hats, including project management, user experience design, testing, training, release planning, business-as-usual content management and product support.

    • Has experience in analyzing user feedback and market trends to fuel product improvements

    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features

    • Monitors product performance and iterates to meet business goals

    • Demonstrates excellent understanding of key agile terminology and best practices

    • Maintains clear documentation for each stage of the agile product lifecycle and ensures well defined, and seamless handover between stages

    • Has excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

    • Has experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders and partners

    • Can work alternative schedules to collaborate with colleagues across the globe or manage support

    You have:

    • 2+ years as a product manager in Financial Services technologies with strong understanding of the financial services industry

    • 1+ years experience in leading agile processes and is comfortable serving in the role of "Product Owner" to a scrum team

    • Experience using PDLC/SDLC tools such as AHA! ADO, JIRA, systems, or equivalent integrations and product management tools

    • Experience working as a product manager in iOS mobile technologies

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, ability to translate real business problems into technical solutions and gain consensus on plans from a non-technical audience

    • High degree of comfort to work and deliver results independently, self-starter

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills, including the ability to multitask

    • A track record of building positive relationships and trusted partnerships through open dialogue and continuous delivery
