    Position summary

    A successful candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-savvy, with a strong ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Previous experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and data visualization tools is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enhancing marketing dashboards to improve reporting, visualization, and insights.

    • Consolidating data from multiple sources into a single source of truth for marketing data.

    • Managing inbound marketing processes, ensuring efficient lead tracking and qualification.

    • Overseeing CRM data integrity-monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing data quality across marketing databases.

    • Supporting competitor analysis efforts, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.

    • Assisting with marketing prospecting activities, leveraging data insights to identify and support lead generation efforts.

    • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on data-driven strategies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

    • Strong data management skills, including data cleansing, consolidation, and quality control.

    • Experience with data visualization tools

    • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying and addressing data inconsistencies.

    • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    • Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.
