    Position summary

    range of partners and stakeholders to navigate a global and highly matrixed organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Help drive end-to-end pipeline planning for UCITS ETFs and index mutual funds, partnering cross-functionally with Product Strategy, Sales, Legal & Compliance to prioritise initiatives, challenge assumptions, and secure approvals

    • Lead post-launch performance analysis and attribution for ETFs and IMFs, generating insights to inform product strategy and future pipeline decisions

    • Own IMF platform management and drive platform evolution in partnership with key distribution partners

    • Manage and optimise strategic seed / scale partnerships, overseeing attribution tracking, governance frameworks, and process efficiency across internal and external stakeholders

    • Oversee cross-functional execution for commercial ETF priorities, managing registrations, share classes, and cross-listings while driving timelines and stakeholder coordination

    • Develop and deliver senior management reporting on strategic product initiatives, highlighting key trends, risks, and growth opportunities (e.g., Active ETFs), and supporting decision-making at leadership level

    • Own ETF and IMF pipeline reporting, ensuring data integrity, clear visibility, and actionable insights for stakeholders

    • Lead product lifecycle management, proactively monitoring AuM trends and driving decisions on share class rationalisation and fund closures

    • Coordinate agenda, pack production, minutes and tracking of action items for key GPS EMEA Committees

    • Support risk management processes, key product governance outputs, seed process and regulatory pricing analytics

    You Have:

    • At least 4+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within financial services or investment management.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex or incomplete data and exercise sound judgement

    • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across a large, matrixed organisation, working effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

    • Strong project management and execution capabilities, with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset and high attention to detail

    • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and effectively across time zones

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and a genuine interest in financial markets
