    • Be responsible for data gathering, validation, and submission processes related to ESG on a global scale.

    Responsibilities

    • Ownership of data production and quality control (QC) processes.

    • Drive the resolution of QC breaks and critical issues.

    • Develop expertise to handle the most challenging issues within the data reporting process.

    • Serve as a key member of our Controls team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of regulatory and industry-standard disclosures.

    • Contribute critically to the end-to-end process, including the sourcing of off-platform data.

    • Identify trends and provide key performance statistics to improve processes.

    • Drive improvements and automation in controls, thereby reducing our risk profile.

    • Collaborate with technology and business team partners to support key business objectives.

    Knowledge/Experience

    • A college degree in finance or a related field is required.

    • A minimum of 3 years of operational experience in a financial reporting or regulatory environment is preferred.

    • Strong numerical skills and the ability to work with data accurately and effectively.

    • Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and develop practical solutions for issues.

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Personal accountability for results and the ability to take ownership of outcomes.

    • Efficient work planning and prioritization skills for both individual and team tasks.

    • Self-motivated with the initiative to generate ideas without prompting.

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate QC results and data issues to the VP, and Controls team.

    • Technical proficiency with in-house applications, strong Excel skills, and a preference for SQL skills and/or automation experience.
