    Position summary

    nternal stakeholders to build relationships, drive respective commercial opportunities and execute through seamless delivery.

    A key focus of the role is to develop a deep understanding of our strategic clients-their priorities, challenges, and evolving needs. You will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners, support senior executive engagements, and help shape and articulate partnership strategies. You will also track progress and identify opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance client outcomes.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of strategic clients to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.

    • Build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of BlackRock's capabilities.

    • Support senior leadership in preparing for and participating in strategic client engagements and partnership reviews.

    • Deliver insights and recommendations based on trends in the asset management industry and broader economic landscape.

    • Build and present sophisticated analytics to support strategic initiatives and internal business operations.

    • Drive strategic planning, reporting, and business process design across functions.

    • Partner with investment teams, relationship managers, marketing, and legal to position and deliver product content and business support.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Business school or academic equivalent

    • Relevant work experience, most likely in asset management, investing / private equity, consulting, or investment banking

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinking aptitude

    • Familiarity with financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and/or investing due diligence & company valuation, and/or demonstrated willingness or interest in improving these skills

    • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands

    • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, both written and oral, to internal and external audiences across levels of seniority

    • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships with team members, managers, and senior executives in multiple locations

    • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels and different culture

    • Excellent verbal and written French and English skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
