    Position summary

    as well as looking ahead and implementing broader changes to the mobile app.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Rapidly develop new features and A/B test them with users

    • Solve issues with the app, prioritizing based on user impact

    • Collaborate with Back-end Developers, Product Owners and Designers to constantly improve the Android app

    • Contribute to growing the team through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment efforts.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Android Development Experience: Over 2 years of experience in Android application development using Android SDK.

    • Programming Languages: More than 3 years of experience as a developer with Java or Kotlin language.

    • Design and Detail Orientation: Strong interaction and design sense with excellent attention to detail.

    • Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments; a self-starter who is highly motivated and a team player.

    • Bilingual Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Chinese.

    • Marketplace and Distribution: Experience with the Android Marketplace and Distribution Process, including having an approved Play Store app.

    • Additional Skills and Interests: Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn, experience with A/B testing, passion for open source contributions, and a curiosity for technological innovations and latest trends.
