    Position summary

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Lead and manage a team of engineers in a fast-paced and complex environment.

    • Own the architecture across the team and drive architectural alignment.

    • Define, shape and deliver the technical roadmap.

    • Inspire and motivate a global and cross-functional team.

    • Lead by example by taking ownership, being proactive and collaborating.

    • Ensure operational excellence and own technical incident management.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 2+ years leading and managing a team of 3-6 software developers, ensuring their professional development and effectiveness.

    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

    • Experience with Java, Scala or Kotlin as a server side programming language.

    • Demonstrated experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL and Redis.

    • Relevant experience working on high-scale distributed systems that impact a large customer base.

    • BSc or MSc or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equal industry experience.

    • Experience in leading cross functional teams and development of AI/ML products. Advantage..
