Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Structure, develop and implement procurement category strategies for Professional Services, focused in Real Estate and Workplace Services, aiming efficient Total Cost of Ownership
Drive savings and value delivery initiatives through sourcing, vendor consolidation and process improvement, managing the end to end S2P process
Foster close relationships with global business partners to support their objectives and company growth
Actively participate in the implementation of Procurement processes and tools as well as associated policies
Manage key third-party relationships (vendor management), develop reporting to provide stakeholders key information / insights and drive resolutions with any stakeholder and vendor escalations
Drive change in mindset of stakeholders and brands to work as one combined company to maximize value of contracts and vendor relationships
Qualifications & Skills:
Deep experience in Facilities, Workplace and Real Estate
Familiarity with working with top tier global Facilities and Real Estate companies
Ability to manage tactical as well as strategic projects on a consistent basis.
Experience developing and executing category strategy in Facilities, Workplace and Real Estate
Ability to work globally across decentralized organizations (5 different Business Units / brands).
Ability to manage ambiguity in a corporate environment in a journey to improve processes.
Work well with stakeholders and develop programs, projects and requirements for conducting RFP's.
Flexibility to start early in the morning and go later in the evening when needed. This role will service APAC, EMEA, and US stakeholders.
Demonstrated change management and project management skills with flexibility to work both independently and in teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and credibility with business partners, including senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including expert negotiation skills.
