You are the key global point of contact to various stakeholders and senior leadership across the People department and the business in relation to the end-to-end payroll process. The role drives alignment with senior business leaders on strategic priorities & dependencies affecting employee pay, operational execution and key control environment.
What we expect from you :
Experience & Skills:
8+ Years managing end-to-end payroll process within a large organization (ideally SSC model)
6+ Years of being in a leadership role managing large teams (including managing managers)
Proven track record of designing operating models & roll outs, managing stakeholders across various levels
Strong record of tech & vendor adoption and management
Experience in Leading HR Services (next to payroll) is an asset
Outstanding communication & storytelling skills
Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-pace/complex environment
Critical thinking & problem solving
Strong sense of ownership/accountability
Strong attention to detail/accuracy
Process design thinker
