Key Responsibilities:
Build, enhance, and maintain multidimensional Anaplan models to support FP&A functions (e.g., revenue, opex, workforce, business case planning)
Translate complex business requirements into scalable model architecture, ensuring alignment with Anaplan best practices for both performance and governance.
Automate, validate, and optimize data integration flows with source systems, including but not limited to Snowflake, OneStream, and BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
Provide thorough model documentation and maintain rigorous versioning control to ensure alignment with internal FP&A governance standards
Collaborate closely with finance business partners, FP&A analysts, and peer model builders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize enhancement backlogs
Support the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and rollout of new functionalities and models
Identify process and data inefficiencies and proactively design solutions to improve forecast accuracy, reporting speed, and operational self-service
Requirements
At least 2+ years of experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry or in a professional consultancy setting
A strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue/cost driver modeling, variance analysis, and scenario/what-if analysis
Familiarity with agile delivery practices, iterative development, and support for UAT processes
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) or additional certifications in relevant fields
Proven capability in automating data integration and reconciliation between Anaplan and enterprise data sources (e.g., Snowflake, BI/reporting tools)
Experience with OneStream (for financial consolidation, planning, or integration purposes) is a strong plus
Familiarity with programming languages used for machine learning and automation, especially Python, is highly desirable
