    Position summary

    and product initiatives to drive acquisition and spend growth

    • Leverage first-party data, partner data, and category intelligence to develop actionable insights to inform program strategy, product development, new card benefits, customer experience, and marketing

    • Lead performance reporting, analyze progress towards achieving program KPIs, identify risks and opportunities to plans, present updates to stakeholders, and develop executive updates

    • Manage relationships with key external partners, including the bank issuer and card network

    • Provide operational support including budget and forecast reconciliation, invoicing, customer service reporting, and escalation management

    • Continuously evaluate the success of the co-branded credit card, proactively recommending ways to improve the value to customers, Booking.com, and the bank partner

    • Define and manage the product roadmap of future features, and project manage the rollout of these initiatives

    • Maintain domain expertise of the co-brand space both inside and outside the OTA/travel industry, benchmarking Booking.com vs. key competitors and best-in-class brands

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

    • 8+ years of complex program, product, or project management experience (preferably in a global organization) with domain experience in Loyalty, Credit Card, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred

    • Product Management or Partnerships experience a plus

    • Proven track record of independently leading high-complexity, cross-functional projects from end to end

    • Strong analytical skills, including independently using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision making and priorities

    • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tell a clear story with data and craft insights-informed recommendations

    • Demonstrates well-developed business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset

    • Demonstrates a product-owner, protagonist mindset reflecting subject matter expertise

    • Solution-oriented, self-directed, detail-oriented, and resourceful with excellent organizational skills

    • Highly structured, results-driven, intellectually curious, and eager to make an impact

    • Able to function with minimal direction in an ambiguous, white-space, and constantly changing environment

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly towards high-level stakeholders including Senior Managers, Directors, and other business leaders

    • Able to influence and steer leadership, senior management, and groups, while driving a sense of urgency

    • Able to deconstruct a complex problem into actionable and easy to understand solutions

    • Strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships and connections with diverse teams, across the organization and outside the company

    • Able to work effectively in a global organization with stakeholders located across continents and time zones

    • This role will have a salary range of: $187,000 - $207,000

    • Additional Annual or Quarterly bonus potential (role dependent)
