    Within the AI Experience track, we're hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the Generative AI Core team. This team's mission is to democratize GenAI across Booking.com by building generalized, reusable, and reliable core AI capabilities that product teams can adopt at scale. These capabilities power a wide range of partner- and guest-facing experiences.

    As a Product Manager in this team, you will lead the strategy, long-term vision, and success definition of GenAI Core products. You'll partner with teams all across the company to help realize the team's vision and grow value for our customers and businesses.

    What does the AI Experience track do?

    The AI Experience track is at the forefront of GenAI technology at Booking.com. The teams are working with a variety of stakeholders across the Booking.com organization, in order to unlock GenAI powered use cases and democratize GenAI across Booking.com. Starting 2024, the team built a suite of end-to-end GenAI capabilities that are already available for Booking.com users across the world.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Own and lead the GenAI Core team's vision, mission, roadmap and end to end execution while partnering closely with SW and ML engineers.

    • Build and adapt the product strategy to the constantly evolving needs and constraints imposed by the business.

    • Work with your engineering counterpart to prioritize the team backlog, aligning day-to-day execution with user and business needs.

    • Define, measure and communicate the team's success metrics, progress and impact to the business leadership in a transparent and effective way.

    • Guiding and scaling new capabilities, systems and services from inception to launch while keeping customers at the center of everything.

    • Help the team identify and manage technical debt, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term maintainability to ensure system stability and quality.

    • Deeply understand the direction of the business and the problems customers face; extract and identify requirements from other business initiatives and prioritize them ruthlessly.

    • Constantly engage with stakeholders to expand the coverage of the product and create impact.

    • Work closely with engineers, MLSs, other product managers and product teams to define and ship high quality products.

    Role Qualifications and Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in product management roles

    • Strong technical background and experience with managing AI platform products and complex roadmap development.

    • Proven ability to manage technical roadmaps, address technical debt and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and product health.

    • Previous experience and deep level of understanding of Machine Learning and AI applications.

    • Ability to articulate complex technical products as a clear and compelling narrative.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Be able to clearly communicate with the business at all levels.

    • Effective at engaging with engineers, data scientists, and users of the platform, translating technical detail into actionable goals.

    • Excellent prioritization skills in time critical situations while balancing customer & business needs.

    • The ability to zoom in as well as see a 10,000 ft view

    • An analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions.
