    Position summary

    • Improve customer payment behaviors and processes

    • Backup for the Team Lead as needed

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent / Master's in International Business is a plus

    • Fluent in English

    • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

    • Proficient in SAP

    • Strong planning and organizational skills

    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong negotiating skills

    • Proactive and eager to learn

    • Problem-solving and assertive approach to collection

    • Calm and focused under pressure

    • High emotional intelligence

    • Analytical with the ability to see the bigger picture
