Role Description:
As an Ivalua Specialist, you will design and implement solutions for new finance initiatives, day-to-day Ivalua optimization, setting up new functionalities, customizing or modifying existing functionalities to transform the as-is processes.
You will utilize your knowledge and experience of Ivalua to design solutions which meet business objectives and goals.
You will participate in the development of solution design documents, functional design documents, configuration, testing and deployment.
You will partner with business owners and digital teams to identify opportunities for improvement and offer up appropriate solution designs to meet business objectives
Through your experience of Ivalua, you will translate business requirements into system configuration which meet business requirements.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of procurement processes and integration with legacy systems and you have strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills in English.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Set technical strategy for business-impacting projects and help define roadmaps within the team
Actively coach and mentor less experienced team members by helping them with their craft, providing guidance, and setting good examples.
Serve as a role model for other engineers within the team.
Take full ownership of projects and ensure the quality of changes, from planning, communication, coordination, compliance aspects, customization, to go-live hypercare.
Provide scalable and innovative solutions, demonstrating analytical thinking and the ability to make fast decisions in a dynamic environment with some level of uncertainty.
Drive the identification of opportunities to improve project delivery and/or development methodologies, including training key users, supporting key users, analyzing issues and changes, and providing day-to-day support and incident resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
5-10 years Ivalua hands-on experience in solution configuration and working on SQL, at least 2 full cycle of Ivalua implementation experience (S2C and P2P with integrations preferably to SAP)
L3 Ivalua Certified in Integration (API, EAI, ETL), S2C and P2P
Functional experience and E2E knowledge in sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing, GR/IR and/or invoicing
Experience in different integration solutions such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, CXML, EDI, JSON
Experience with Ivalua integrations with SAP ECC or/and SAP S4, SAP MM and SAP Vendor invoice management is an advantage
Ability to have good grasp of the detail and handle multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment
Strategic thinking, being able to balance mid-term objectives with short-term tactics and goals
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
