Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead L&D Program Management:
Collaborate with the relevant L&D Academy squad and subject matter experts in the business to manage and implement the agreed L&D Academy priorities/curriculum.
Maintain responsibility for the management of the end to end L&D initiatives, stakeholder engagement, planning timelines, and ensuring the timely delivery of programs.
Oversee project budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve the prioritised Academy goals
Design and Develop Content:
Design and develop engaging and effective (digital first) learning experiences, including workshops, digital courses, blended learning, and job aids.
Continuously map relevant content to critical Academy skills to ensure effective execution of the annual curriculum.
Evaluate Program Effectiveness:
In line with industry best practice, establish and manage evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of learning programs by developing metrics for evaluation e.g. engagement levels with the tools, completion rates of content and feedback from users. Use the insights from the metrics data to make recommendations for improvements.
Use data and feedback to establish and make continuous improvements to the learning process and solutions and ensure the effectiveness of initiatives is regularly reviewed, and recommendations for improvements are made.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in learning and development capability build and incorporating them into the organization's strategy.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships:
Work closely with key stakeholders, including craft leads, SME's, HR and relevant Academy Leads, to understand the capability needs, provide tailored solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in and sponsorship when applicable.
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and experts to enhance L&D offerings and relevant content mapping requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience e.g. CIPD
Experience in programme management, preferably in a learning environment/function.
Tech Experience: Strong background working in a tech environment, with experience in areas like software engineering, data science, machine learning, or product management is highly preferable.
Program Management: Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex learning programs on time and within budget.
L&D Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of learning & development practices combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and impactful solutions in the moment of need.
Instructional Design: Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory, with a portfolio of successful learning solutions.
Technology Proficiency: Experience with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), e-learning platforms, virtual training tools and other learning technologies.
