    Position summary

    The Senior Process Design Analyst will be the key Point of Contact for third party vendors to create. The Senior Process Design Analyst will maintain a sustainable tax dispute process & automate existing tax certificates process, streamline other tax operations related activities & communications between different internal & external teams.
    The Senior Process Design Analyst will work with 3rd party on data extraction/import activity, validating & enriching the data from different sources. The Senior Process Design Analyst will also support tax data reporting/dashboards creations initiatives under Tax program scope.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support respective Manager in achieving departmental goals, quality controls and strategy

    • Identify, design, initiate, and drive innovations on Tax Operations processes

    • Collaborate with technical teams (engineering/data) to create requirements for data flow, reporting, dashboarding and support testing of solutions.

    • Work with product teams to design and embed their product into existing scalable operations while understanding how this impacts other departments, SOx & compliance

    • Align product roadmaps with our own internal priorities

    • Maintain relationships with external third party vendors such as Tax rate sourcing & tax compliance platforms

    • Collaborate with other teams to create awareness on Tax compliance & Tax operations process within the company

    • Remain up-to-date on industry information, tax & other regulations, new products, enhancements, system changes and compliance issues. Relay this information back to the team on an "as needed" basis.

    Skills & Experience required:

    • 5+ year experience in specialist area

    • Bachelor degree in Tax, Finance, Economics or related field

    • Proven experience in process management or project management

    • Experience in data management, data visualization & quality

    • Knowledge and experience with at least one data analysis language (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.)

    • Experience using data analysis & visualization tools is preferred (e.g. tableau, data studio, PowerBI, etc.)

    • Knowledge of tax withholding processes, tax regulations landscape is preferred

    • Agile and entrepreneur mindset, motivated individual

    • Ownership and drive of continuous process improvements with focus on automation and scale
