Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

10+ years of experience in sales, trade/channel marketing, or account management, with 4+ years in leadership roles.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving profitable growth.

Strong negotiation and financial acumen with demonstrated success in the CPG space.
Pay and Benefits:
US$170,000.00 - US$190,000.00 Annually
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the company's benefits program, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company holidays.
