    Position summary

    imately - including content health, keyword optimization, item setup, inventory and demand planning, and vendor negotiations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Amazon 1P & 3P Catalog Category Ownership & Operational Management

    • Serve as the day-to-day lead for select Categories covering Amazon 1P/3P operations across Bradshaw Home's portfolio of brands - reporting to the Director of E-commerce

    • Own full lifecycle catalog management: item setup, listing quality, troubleshooting, contribution management, and content compliance.

    • Monitor and resolve Amazon catalog issues such as suppressed listings, duplicate ASINs, and incorrect product detail pages.

    • Lead new item onboarding and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes with full readiness checks (A+ Content, copy, imagery, SEO, backend data).

    • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure optimal item configuration and channel readiness.

    SEO & Content Optimization

    • Drive keyword strategy across titles, bullets, backend search terms, and A+ Content in alignment with high-converting customer queries.

    • Regularly audit PDPs for optimization opportunities using tools like Helium 10, Commerce IQ, and Amazon Brand Analytics.

    • Maintain a KPI dashboard to track search rank improvements, glance views, conversion rates, and category penetration.

    • Work with internal design and creative teams to refresh imagery and ensure compliance with Amazon's content best practices.

    Search Performance & Retail Analytics

    • Deeply analyze Amazon performance metrics including sessions, conversion, traffic sources, TACoS, ROAS, and Buy Box %.

    • Leverage tools such as Commerce IQ, Vendor Central analytics, and Amazon Retail Analytics Premium (ARA) to identify growth opportunities.

    • Track and report on keyword movements and the competitive landscape to inform listing updates and PPC strategy.

    Vendor Central / Seller Central & Supply Chain Coordination

    • Partner with Amazon Vendor Managers, In-Stock Managers, and AVS (Amazon Vendor Services) to maintain strong operational health.

    • Manage weekly PO tracking, shortage claims, chargebacks, lead-time compliance, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) adherence.

    • Monitor inventory levels, weeks of cover, and demand trends to flag potential OOS risks or overstock exposures.

    • Lead weekly cross-functional syncs to align inventory and forecasting with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams.

    Strategic Account Growth

    • Contribute to and execute on Amazon Joint Business Plans (JBP) and AVS-led initiatives to achieve account-level revenue targets.

    • Support seasonal planning, event activations (Prime Day, BF/CM), and off-cycle opportunities to accelerate growth.

    • Collaborate with the media team to guide Sponsored Ads and DSP targeting using catalog segmentation and performance data.

    • Participate in line review processes and competitive benchmarking to identify white space and innovation areas.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-6+ years of Amazon 1P & 3P experience in a CPG or branded retail environment.

    • Deep familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, ARA Premium, and catalog management processes.

    • Expertise in SEO for Amazon and keyword strategy execution.

    • Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in Excel, Commerce IQ, Helium 10, and other retail analytics platforms.

    • Understanding of supply chain dynamics, lead times, and Amazon operational metrics (PO On-Time Accuracy, OTIF, CRaP risk, etc.).

    • Proven track record of catalog optimization, item setup, and full ownership of 1P account performance.

    • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with Amazon contacts and internal stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Amazon AVS or strategic vendor programs.

    • Experience with Direct Import (DI) item management.

    • Background in managing large SKU catalogs across multiple brands or subcategories.

    • Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) is a plus.

    • Familiarity with Amazon's compliance policies, content guidelines, and troubleshooting escalation paths.
