f all OS&D transactions.
Coordinate the return of inventory to Bradshaw warehouses.
Generate credit memos in our ERP system for customer reported shortages, damages, and returned inventory.
Generate credit memos in our ERP system for returned inventory.
Generate invoices in our ERP system for overages.
Initiate freight claims with carriers for shortages and damages.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience working in an order management and/or ERP system.
Data entry experience.
Intermediate mathematics skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of transactions.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Takes initiative.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Independent worker.
Pay and Benefits:
US$21.00 Hourly
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
