make an impact in the heart of our production department? As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. No advanced degree required - just your passion for problem-solving and hands-on experience.
**What You'll Do
PLC and HMI Program Design/Troubleshooting: Dive into the world of programmable logic controllers, breathing life into new equipment and maintaining existing systems. You'll be our go-to expert for troubleshooting and repairing electronic production robotic equipment.
Equipment Maintenance: Keep our machinery humming with preventive maintenance and swift repairs. Whether it's heat sealing machines or robotic equipment, you'll be there to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Repair Equipment & Operating Systems: When failures occur, you'll be our first responder. From diagnosing issues to fabricating repair parts, you'll restore equipment to its original state with precision and efficiency.
Develop and build Control systems and document Final system: Work with Engineers to specify, purchase and design controls wiring, fabricate and document control panels. Connect safety modules, sensors, cobots, scanners and other electronic devices from Machine to Controls panel.
Maintain Spare Parts Inventory: Stay one step ahead by managing our replacement parts and supplies inventory. Your keen eye for detail will ensure we always have what we need, when we need it.
**About Our Ideal Candidate
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Associate degree in Technical Training/Electrical Schematics preferred.
Experience: 4 years of machine electrical maintenance in manufacturing, with familiarity in electrical schematics, vision systems, and robots. 2 years of strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical equipment repair, controls design, layout, and wiring.
Software/Technical Skills: You're a master of equipment maintenance and have a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. PLC/HMI programming is second nature to you, and safety always comes first.
Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking is the norm.

The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $49,920 - $58,240 annualized per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
