the productivity within the America's IT (AIT) Organization. The highly visible and hands-on Manager provides strong coordination across Brother International Corporation, its subsadaries, and its parent company based in Japan.
The Manager, Americas IT Support has four major responsibilities which are Financial Planning, Analysis, and Administration, Sourcing and Vendor Management, Compliance Activities, and Data Analysis Support. In addition, The Manager has strong planning and analysis skills and is proficient in Excel, SQL, and/or other data analysis tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Financial Planning, Analysis, & Administration
Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner in implementing and managing monthly financial management activities with the IT Cost Center owners
Develop and implement Brother-wide financial management activities and initiatives (e.g., SmartSpend) across the Americas IT leadership team
Review and meticulously monitor the Americas IT Purchase Order Management and Accrual process with the Cost Center Owners and Finance, ensuring that all spend activities are not only up to date but also accurate
Sourcing & Vendor Management
Manage RFP and RFI activities between Procurement and Americas IT, providing forward-looking forecasts of planned activities, tracking the status of in-process work, and coordinating the resolution of issues
Plan, manage, and ensure the execution of appropriate oversight of critical vendors (e.g., Quarterly Business Review with SAP, etc.) with Procurement and required Americas IT participants (e.g., Product Owners, etc.)
Collaborate with Procurement on key contract events (e.g., Expiration Dates and notice Periods) to allow for efficient negotiations, avoid service disruptions, and achieve desired outcomes
Compliance
Develop regularly planned activities (e.g., Annual Controls Audit, etc.), purpose-specific actions (e.g., Vendor License Usage Audit, etc.), and other internal and external compliance activities between Vendors, Americas IT, Finance, Compliance, and other Brother teams
Maintain an annual calendar of crucial planned compliance activities, subsequent actions, and planned events
Develop the implementation plans of new policies (e.g., Generative Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy, etc.), ensuring ownership by the appropriate Americas IT leadership and visibility to crucial milestones for the Chief Information Officer
IT Related Data Analysis
Provide analysis support of budget and financial data to support outcomes and ROI-based planning and analysis within AIT
Create ad-hoc data analyses as the Chief Information Officer directs with data sources that combine financial, Jira / Service Management tickets, and vendor-supplied data sets

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid
The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives
