Role Overview
The Manager, Customer Compliance is responsible for leading vendor compliance initiatives within the Supply Chain Management function. This role ensures adherence to customer requirements, drives process improvements across order management, warehouse, transportation, and planning, and manages compliance reporting and analytics. The position collaborates cross-functionally with sales, finance, IT, and operations teams to resolve compliance issues, develop corrective actions, and implement best practices. The Manager, Customer Compliance works to foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to contribute to operational efficiency and success. Additionally, the Manager oversees compliance-related projects, establishes KPIs, and provides strategic insights to support organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Vendor Compliance
Lead the compliance function ensuring all team resources are optimally deployed to support and achieve critical supply chain goals
Manage compliance cross-functional team initiatives and activities related to vendor compliance violations and corrective action
Evaluate current business processes and requirements within order management, vendor compliance, warehouse, transportation and planning as they relate to compliance and partner cross-functionally to make improvements that result in improved performance
Review existing and new routing guides for requirements and work cross-functionally to ensure Brother's compliance or negotiate on exemptions or changes with sales and customers
Actively participate in daily/monthly discussions with warehouse and transportation teams to drive performance
Partner closely with Sales to drive program improvements and provide ongoing operational support
Lead projects related to supply chain impacts from customer requirements
Establish and monitor processes for data collection, dissemination, root cause analysis, validation, dispute, and data sharing
Establish KPI and metrics related to compliance update management on monthly progress
Reporting
Prepare and deliver monthly reports and presentations across the department, Sales teams, and Executive leadership
Support development, building, and deployment of tools and technical solutions for vendor compliance data and reporting
Act as liaison with Analytics and Insights and IT teams to generate dashboards and reports for compliance metrics
Financial Controls
Provide budget recommendations for violations and support in monthly forecast, accruals, and reconciliation with finance and sales
Manage monthly AR and Top Line reporting resolution to ensure accurate for reconciliation
Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related experience
Experience
7 + years of hands-on experience leading customer compliance function and leading teams (both directly and indirectly) through process improvements efforts in support of organizational goals
5 + years of experience with warehouse operations and transportation Preferred
Software/Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
SAP OTC/Order Management Modules Preferred
SAP S/4 Hana Preferred
Other Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Data Analytics tactics and best practices

Additional Details for This Role
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager. #LI-Hybrid
The targeted base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 year.
Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.
Additional Compensation
This position is eligible for a 15**%** bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.
Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.

About Where We Work
Brother's corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA.
