WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operations Management
Oversee and manage assigned service operations, including product refurbishment, toner-debox process, recycling, and reverse logistics
Lead and develop supervisors, associates in areas of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
Monitor and manage productivity of areas of responsibility by developing, preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports or scoreboards
Collaborate with other warehouse operation leaders and internal business partners to support facility objectives including, but not limited to; Inventory Control, Third Party Contractors, Quality Shared Services, Human Resources, Continuous Improvement, Facilities Management
Understand and influence labor cost, product quality and overall efficiency of the final product
Oversee, plan, and prepare inventory for an annual physical inventory
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and refine the company's overall strategic direction and long-term objectives as it relates to service operations
Assist in the formulation of business plans, including setting targets and performance indicators
Develop warehouse operations, staffing, and reverse logistic solutions that provide cost down opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corporate strategies, ensuring effective internal communication and alignment
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement to align with overall corporate performance objectives
Analyze company processes, procedures, and analytics using lean tools
Utilize data and analysis tools to identify opportunities for improvement and informed decision-making processes
Translate data insight into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field - Preferred
Experience
Minimum 7 years of working with cross-functional teams. Leading process improvement initiatives in an operations and service environment. Analysis of data and various complex business processes using lean tools in a production or warehouse environment.
Licenses/Certifications
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt - Preferred

The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives
