ganizations to identify process shortfalls and complaints, investigate issues through data analysis and process workflows, establish norms for performance and develop measurements to monitor success of process improvement projects. This position will utilize the fundamental methodology of Lean Six Sigma to analyze complex processes/practices, design business practice improvements, implement modifications in workflows, structures, and teams, as well as develop and rollout metrics for monitoring efficiencies to ensure project success and high-level group performance.
Data/Process Analysis & Solution Development
Collaborate with Business owners utilizing lean tools to learn current process, as well as to gain feedback on gaps and points to accurately map process from end to end
Analyze Data and map business process(es) based on collaborations utilizing lean tools to identify and compile gaps, pain points, inefficiencies, and efficiencies
Develop process improvements and/or design enhancements based on process assessment, root cause analysis and mapping tools
Strategic Alignment, Training & Deployment
Present and communicate ideas and improvements to business owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment & satisfaction
Identify benchmarks and metrics, as well as design reporting of metrics to monitor success of process improvements after roll out
Recognize and create training to guide team members of new processes, address change management & ensure successful deployment
Develop and execute project closeout to evaluate overall project success, business owners' satisfaction and complete a transfer of all deliverables, resources and metrics to the business owners and stakeholders
Team Support
Assist manager with overseeing the workflow of the Continuous Process Improvement team members
Collaborate with, mentor and guide staff cohorts in project needs and expectations to ensure cohesive team interactions and successful project completions
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Information Technology or other related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
5 Years
Analysis of data and various complex business processes using lean tools in a production or warehouse environment
Success identifying process gaps and inefficiencies along with providing effective, detailed process solutions•
Licenses/Certification
Preferred:
Six Sigma Green Belt
PMP - Project Management Professional
Software/Technical Skills
MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel)
MS Project Management
Shop Floor Control systems
Knowledge of Warehouse operations and systems
Data Analytics Software (i.e. Minitab, Tableau)-Preferred
Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Ability to work in a busy, time-crunched environment with multiple team members
Knowledge of process mapping and flowchart software skills
Aptitude to foster and build cross-functional relationships

The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year
