all distribution functions for all Brother Distribution Centers. This role analyzes processes and data and interprets the data to drive associated actions that results in operational improvements. This role recommends solutions and action plans to improve the company's and 3PL performance in critical areas and keeps management updated on the day-to-day progress and status.

Operations Data Analysis
Perform a variety of calculations, analyses and audits of financial and operational results, typically involving a fundamental professional related supply chain principles
Analyze Warehouse Labor Management System reports for 3PL partners and stakeholders
Create weekly reports showing trends of defects/SIR's leading to customer compliance fines
Analyze multiple sources of operations data, including but not limited to: JDA WMS data and reports, JDA WLM data and reports, and SAP, identifying trends or issues to determine root cause and drive resolution to improve results
Report container performance for TN, VA, and CA container resolution as needed
Operations Process Improvement
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for operations, compliance, and inventory, which requires report development and analytics. Present recommendations that will result in cost savings, quality improvements, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Provide recommendations, suggestions, and solutions based on further research and analysis
ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) BS/BA in Supply Chain Management Preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years Required Operations experience analyzing complex data and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced distribution operations environment.

MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel) Advanced Required
SQL, VBA, database administration/management Advanced Required
SAP Order Management Module Intermediate Required

This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid
The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $19.23/hr - $23.56/hr. per year
