    Position summary

    and growth of Brother's B2B and B2C CRM marketing programs using Salesforce tools. This role maps customer journeys across various personas and stages of the buyer lifecycle and identifies key data triggers to deliver personalized and timely communications to each customer via channels including email, SMS, and push notifications. Additionally, the Senior Manager oversees a team of marketers who builds, manages, and report on the efficacy of each engagement program and touchpoint.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO


    Engagement Marketing Strategy and Leadership

    • Exhibit fierce commitment to "knowing" customers and improving their experience with Brother through every touchpoint - collaborating with myriad groups within the company to achieve this goal

    • Map Customer Journeys for key customer segments through each buyer lifecycle stage to identify opportunities to improve customer experience using ESP/Marketing Automation tools and beyond

    • Lead strategy of CRM engagement initiatives that aim to provide support to customers, drive acquisition & revenue and increase retention via automated and personalized 1:1 email messages, push notifications, SMS and in-app messages

    • Lead the strategic use of zero-party and first-party data to create personalized marketing campaigns, create higher value interactions, and create deeper understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors

    • Partner with eCommerce and product marketers to understand key promotional opportunities and/or key marketing messages and ideate how to incorporate into existing or new customer journeys

    • Develop a rigorous incentive and content testing agenda across CRM campaigns

    • Lead team to execute CRM campaigns from end to end; requirement gathering, creative approach and optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis

    • Assist with strategy and execution of loyalty initiatives and programs for both B2B and B2C divisions

    • Ensure campaigns comply with all appropriate legal regulations

    • Partner with manager, Brother IT and our SAAS partners to drive a roadmap that continually improves our CRM technology platform and drives channel effectiveness

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Continuously measure the performance of marketing strategies & programs to determine their ROI and impact on customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall customer lifetime value

    • Regularly report on engagement program activities, using data to guide decisions, share insights for improvement, and ensure lessons are applied in future communications

    • Review web analytics in conjunction with CRM performance data to drive marketing decisions based on understanding of end-to-end customer behavior

    • Develop documentation and road maps for processes & systems


    ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE


    Education

    Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred Required

    Experience

    Minimum 8 years Required

    • Corporate marketing, working cross-functionally with various departments

    • Experience in marketing within large, global organizations

    Minimum 6 years Required

    • Experience in corporate CRM marketing, overseeing the development of B2C and/or B2B programs, including cross-functional work and hands-on experience with email/SMS/push execution, campaign management, content & designs through marketing automation platforms and/or email service providers

    • Experience front-end development through WYSIWYG Editors, with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

    Minimum 2 years Required

    • Direct management experience

    Software/Technical Skills

    • Knowledge of responsive design and automation emails, including good HTML and testing/validation skills Advanced Required

    • Knowledge of troubleshooting cross-browser/mobile compatibility issues Advanced Required

    • Knowledge of e-campaign best practices which include HTML responsive coding, formatting, tracking, A/B testing, and reporting Advanced Required

    • Knowledge of HTML email rendering bugs and workarounds Advanced Required

    • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative analytics techniques to identify opportunities, assess results, and continuously improve Advanced Required

    • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Advanced Required

    • Understanding of the nature of API's and data integrations between platforms Intermediate Required

    Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

    • Attention to detail with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to end with minimal supervision Required

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE


    This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid

    • The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $126,000 - $145,000 per year.

    • Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data.

    • This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives.
