The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics manages initiatives to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance. This position aligns digital analytics initiatives with broader business objectives and develops a comprehensive strategy to support business growth within the US & Canada. This role manages the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data, using advanced tools to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations. Additionally, the role ensures the integration of analytics tools, promotes a data-driven culture, and leads continuous improvement efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Leadership
Lead and manage a team of digital analysts, guiding and mentoring them to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensure alignment between digital analytics initiatives and broader business objectives / key performance indicators while informing areas of optimization
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy that supports business growth
Drive the creation of executive-level reporting, data visualizations, and dashboards to inform key stakeholders on digital performance metrics and trends
Define and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives for marketing analytics
Scale, manage and inspire team of direct reports to achieve its goals and development potential
Provide thought leadership to the organization by educating in best practices in marketing analytics and championing a data-driven culture
Data Measurement, Analysis & Insights
Develop a suite of automated reports for marketing stakeholders (leadership, business units, peers) to support ad hoc reporting/analytics needs
Translate business requirements and complex datasets into clear, interactive dashboards and analytical outputs, turning insights into impactful stories that bring opportunities to life
Leverage customer insights and segmentation to improve marketing execution, engagement, and conversions
Lead the full cycle of analytical deliverables - ideation, data mining and analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data from e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital touchpoints to inform business strategy
Use advanced analytics tools and techniques (such Funnel, Looker, GA4, Salesforce Analytics, or similar) to uncover actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations
Define and develop effective measurement frameworks, key performance benchmarks and reports for non-technical audiences to enable actionable insights to improve digital marketing and customer conversion funnel
Provide actionable insights into consumer behavior, website performance, conversion optimization, and customer journey analysis to improve ROI
Technology & Tools Management
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and integration of digital analytics tools and technologies, ensuring tagging accuracy and consistency across platforms
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital analytics and e-commerce, evaluating new technologies, platforms, and tools to improve data collection and reporting
Work closely with third party vendors and IT to ensure data accuracy and integration into our internal systems translates seamlessly to support one version of the truth in reporting and analytics
Use technical expertise to conceptualize and develop new tools, models, and approaches to provide insights and recommendations to meet business goals
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Lead continuous improvement efforts for the digital analytics function, driving automation, efficiencies, and better data governance practices
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, empowering teams to use data in their daily operations
ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field- Required
MBA- Preferred
Experience
Minimum 8 years a combination of relevant experience spanning the following areas:
Proven track record in leading digital analytics teams and developing comprehensive digital analytics strategies that drive business growth
Experience in thought leadership, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
Experience working with cross-functionally with multiple teams serving in multiple countries/regions
Software/Technical Skills
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
Expertise in using tools such as Funnel, Looker, GA4, Salesforce Analytics
Expertise in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and marketing ROI measurement
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence- Preferred
Knowledge of Tableau- Preferred
Knowledge of Google Analytics- Preferred

Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, impactful stories and interactive dashboards that inform and engage stakeholders
Ability to collaborate and develop teams to achieve desired results, by building trust and relationships with different functions in the organization

Ability to think creatively and develop ideas that meet business needs
Ability to effectively work independently and bring structure to ambiguous and complex situations/environment

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.

The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $140,000-$165,000 per year
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives

About Where We Work
Brother's corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA. Additionally, our outside sales teams work remotely within their territories, staying geographically close to the accounts they support to ensure they are always "at your side" for our customers.
