** defines, executes, and measures business and technology solutions running on the ERP platform and its surrounding systems. This role acquires and enhances or develops reference models aligned with Enterprise Architecture, establishing a strategic foundation. Additionally, the Senior Manager collaborates with the Business and IT ERP/SAP Engineers in solution design, ensuring consistent integration methods within and across platforms, and guarantees benchmark performance and reliability to maintain acceptable service levels.
The Senior Manager also develops and establishes Quality Assurance testing methods with IT Operations, including automated regression test methods and tools using the golden dataset concept. Lastly, the role partners with IT peers globally designing reusable solutions with consistent integration to Brother Japan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Solution Design and Planning:
Perform Integration design related to ERP solutions in compliance with architecture models and norms.
Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions to connect ERP systems with other enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
Develop integration strategies that ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security across multiple systems and platforms.
Implement middleware and integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between ERP modules and external systems.
Plan and manage ERP Architecture initiatives.
Plan and understand platform upgrades with solid risk mitigation plans.
Perform regular audit of ERP landscape to gain insight into usage models, ability for cost recovery.
Partnership and Collaboration:
Perform Fit/Gap analysis required for solution design and planning.
Perform ERP solution design working with business and technology experts.
Acquire & enhance or develop reference models to guide solution design and planning.
Partner with IT peers globally designing reusable solutions with consistent integration to Brother Japan.
Perform ERP solution design working with business and technology experts.

Participate in IT related initiatives and meetings.
Benchmark Performance:
Test and benchmark solutions achieving acceptable performance levels.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of ERP systems.
Conduct regular assessments and benchmarking exercises to evaluate the performance, scalability, and reliability of ERP solutions.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on performance benchmarks and industry best practices.
ABOUT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 8 years ERP Solution Architect with large enterprise.
Licenses & Certifications
SAP S/4 HANA (Preferred)
The Open Group - TOGAF (Preferred)
Software/Technical Skills
Enterprise Architecture Design tools
SAP S/4 HANA - specifically, P2P, OTC, FP&A, S&OP, IBP (must be proficient in at least three process domains)
(CRM) Customer Relationship Management Integration
(LES) Logistics Execution System Integration
Jira Issue & Project Tracking Software (Preferred)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR THIS ROLE
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid
The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year.
Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data.
This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives.
