Role Overview
The Specialist, Campaign Operations is responsible for coordinating timelines and driving the day‑to‑day delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches for the Customer Experience Center (CXC). The role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget through strong project management, organization, and cross‑functional coordination. This position partners closely with Campaign Strategy, Product, and cross-functional marketing and service teams to keep work moving, visible, and aligned throughout delivery. By bringing structure, visibility, and delivery discipline to campaigns, this role enables the Marketing Operations team to scale initiatives consistently, reduce execution risk, and maintain operational reliability across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Management and Execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for marketing campaigns and product launches, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Track execution progress against approved scope, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and escalate as needed
Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners to ensure initiatives progress as planned from launch planning through post‑launch wrap‑up
Serve as the central point of contact for campaign timelines, updates, and delivery status; facilitate recurring status meetings and follow‑ups to maintain alignment and momentum
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of campaign plans, schedules, outcomes, key decisions, changes, and next steps to support transparency and accountability
Execute campaigns within established processes, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and operational discipline
Build effective working relationships with cross‑functional partners to enable smooth handoffs and coordinated execution
Process, Workflow & Documentation
Assist with implementation and ongoing use of standardized campaign execution processes and tools
Identify execution bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency and clarity
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Support post‑campaign reviews and track project milestones and basic performance indicators to assess delivery performance, surface key learnings, and support data‑driven decision making and execution improvements

Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Formal training or coursework in project management, operations, or program delivery
Experience
(Minimum 4 years) Experience in Project management, campaign coordination, program operations, or similar execution‑focused roles; Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
Licenses and Certifications
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC)
ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Fundamentals (ICP)
Software/Technical Skills
Comfort working in collaborative environments using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for project tracking, reporting, and documentation
Working knowledge of project or work management tools to plan, track, and coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
Working knowledge of budget tracking and reporting using spreadsheets or similar tools
Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to track timelines, scope, and budgets across cross‑functional teams
Highly detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through and execution discipline

Additional Details for This Role
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers. #LI-Hybrid
Base Salary
The targeted base salary range for this position if based in NJ will be $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
The targeted base salary range for this position if based in TN will be $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.
Additional Compensation
Not a Bonus Eligible Role: This role is not eligible to participate in Brother's bonus incentive plan. The base pay accounts for the entirety of the role's annual cash compensation.

About Where We Work
Brother's corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA.
