    The Role at a Glance

    The Corporate Recruiter supports the company's corporate recruiting objectives by guiding assigned requisitions through the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer negotiation. This role while on assignment is a member of the organization's HR team and works closely with the HR Business Partners, Compensation & Total Rewards, HR Solutions, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion to support a cohesive and collaborative partnership with Brother employees.

    Brother's Talent Acquisition team prioritizes forward momentum of open requisitions, investment in top-of-funnel pipeline activity, over-communication and transparency with internal and external stakeholders, and the provision of an excellent candidate experience and hiring experience.

    This individual will maintain a requisition load of 10-15 roles, often all different positions for all different managers. There are no sourcers, schedulers, or coordinators overlaying the recruiting experience, so it is truly full-cycle. The successful candidate will have experience in the high-volume agency contingent recruiting space as well as the business-centric corporate recruiting space, and exposure to filling roles across multiple job categories and at all levels of the organization.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Full Lifecycle Corporate Recruiting ("Talent Acquisition")

    • Serve as primary recruiter for assigned requisitions, supporting full recruiting lifecycle from open to close

    • Full lifecycle recruitment will include requisition posting, hiring team intake meeting, sourcing, screening, facilitating the candidate interview experience, interview team debrief, selection, offer crafting and negotiation, requisition closing, and candidate dispositions.

    • Sourcing will entail organic applicant traffic as well as proactive outbound sourcing on a variety of channels. A strong professional networking social presence and comfort balancing engagement through multiple platforms is expected.

    Key Experience & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer negotiation, carrying a requisition load of varied levels and job categories, in a high-touch customer-centric work setting

    • 2+ years of corporate recruiting, in-house for an organization's Human Resources department

    • Relevant recruiting experience in applicable job categories, especially including but not limited to finance & accounting, supply chain, IT, marketing, sales, and customer support

    • Advanced proficiency in proactive sourcing and professional networking tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing; ability to source with Boolean required

    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    Compensation & Schedule for This Role

    • The target pay rate for this assignment is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate on experience

    • This assignment is estimated for a 6 month uration, dependent on business need (full time hours, 40 hours per week)

    • This role will maintain a hybrid schedule, on-site in our Bridgewater NJ office at least 2 days a week - Monday and Tuesday are preferred days for maximizing team collaboration but open to flexibility

    About Where We Work

    Brother's corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA.
