    Position summary

    eal candidate for this role would be a creative problem solver, an operational leader, and a strong communicator/influencer.

    • Develop comprehensive integration strategy and cross-functional plans for M&A deals informed by the due diligence process and key understanding of the value drivers for the deal and Cadence's strategy

    • Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks, as well as opportunities

    • Drive successful execution against plan by tracking milestones and integration risks, making key recommendations to stakeholders, and holding cross functional team accountable for execution of deliverables

    • Enhance/develop a world class integration framework and process

    • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills through quantitative and qualitative analysis

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • BA / BS degree; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

    • Demonstrated track record of leading or driving M&A integrations at a consulting firm and/or within Corporate Development or equivalent group - preferably in the software field

    • Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong communicator - ability to define and structure problems, develop data driven methodologies, and synthesize recommendations into an executable plan of record

    • Financial acumen, acute attention to detail, and a talent for thinking strategically

    • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

    • Ability to manage and drive multi-faceted and highly complex integration efforts

    • The successful candidate will communicate clearly and concisely at the executive level, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate credibility, integrity and trustworthiness in highly confidential situations

    The annual salary range for California is $161,000 to $299,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
